Any issues with the item ordered must be reported within 2 days from the item receive date. We require proof of the issue to proceed with the return/refund. If the proof is acceptable, we will issue the shipping label to the buyer to ship the item back to our office and will ship the new item once the old item is received by us. If the item is out of stock, we will offer best alternative to the buyer and will proceed as per the best possible agreed solution after coordinating with the buyer.
Buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges If they wants to return the item for reason other than damaged or wrong item received, and refund will be issued once the item is received in our office. There will be no refund/return after 30 days from the date of delivery in any situation.
